The Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees consists of 8 members as well as one Trustee Emeritus and the Treasurer. The two main jobs of the Trustees are to maintain the church's finances and the upkeep of the church building. In addition to the two main jobs of the Trustees, we also have several smaller, but still important functions; we set and approve the yearly budget for the church, as well as providing money for unexpected costs such as broken windows, doors, locks, equipment, etc. We are responsible for updating and maintaining the copiers, printers, computers, and office supplies. We are tasked with entering into any lease agreements with other entities and churches that wish to utilize our sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, and/or the chapel. We contract with plumbers, electricians, snow removal companies, landscapers, roofers, and a myriad of other contractor personnel on behalf of the church to ensure that our building is a safe and secure facility for the community.
The Board of Trustees meet the second Tuesday of each month, except July and August, to handle church business. All are welcome to attend to see how this board functions.
